To coincide with the Final Four, the NCAA has brought its own music festival to Houston. The March Madness Music Festival began last night, with performances from acts like Panic! At the Disco and Fall Out Boy. Tonight's headliner, however, is the weekend's must-see act: Kendrick Lamar.
