Unaired Clip Shows How The Plaths Felt About Ethan Being In The Family Home For The First Time In Ye

Kim and Barry Plath, the parents of the Plath brood on “Welcome to Plathville,” have been the cause of a lot of strain between their son, Ethan, and his wife Olivia, per Us Weekly.

Ethan told the publication, “I would say definitely the stuff we had to sort through with my family really put a strain on our marriage,” which his wife agreed with.

As a result, Ethan and Olivia distanced themselves from Kim and Barry, moving away to Tampa, Florida for some physical space. In an unseen clip from “Welcome to Plathville,” the family is surprised to see Ethan come for a visit to the family’s home.

Like Ethan actually coming here to our house and not just come on the property, but coming in and spending time with all of us.” Barry added, “He had one reservation, you know what that is right? He’s still hung up on your mother. So she has graciously said that she is just going to be out doing things for a while. So that’s where we’re at.”
