Rap star Lethal Bizzle reveals incredible body transformation after ditching booze following health
LETHAL Bizzle has shown his amazing body transformation after quitting alcohol a year ago.
The British grime artist, 37, showed off his six pack and buff body after giving up booze due to multiple health scares.

Lethal took to his social media accounts to show the results of his hard work and in a bid to ‘inspire’ others to get healthy.
The video shows the Walthamstow lad this time in 2021 and his toned body side by side.
He zoomed in on his new bod showing the six pack and defined muscles on his chest and arms.
His song, If The Shoe Fits played over the video with the intro saying, “if you stay in your comfort zone, that’s where you will fail. Success is not a comfortable procedure.”
Lethal described the health scares including Covid and appendix surgery led him to making some big life changes.
“On this day 1 year ago I quit alcohol. I’m 12 months alcohol free ?!” he wrote in the caption.

“2021 was a wake up call year for me. Got Covid then my appendix had to come out. Had to change my life style. So I quit alcohol , changed my diet and started doing gym more regularly.
“Health is weaLth, too many people are dropping out of nowhere. I hope these pictures inspire u to look after yourself while u still can and get in that uncomfortable zone, coz the comfort zone won’t help u.❤️”
The rapper was then inundated with fans asking for advice on how to overhaul their lives.
So he wrote on Twitter: “I’m getting a lot of people asking questions about my fitness transformation.
“I will do a video later this week on it. Also might start filming my workouts.”
Lethal emerged in 2002 as a grime MC as part of More Fire Crew, with their grime single Oi! charting in the top 10 of the UK Singles Chart.
His debut solo single Pow (Forward) attracted attention for its aggressive content, charting at number 11 despite being banned from airplay and clubs.
Although known notably for his single releases, Lethal Bizzle released his debut studio album, Against All Oddz, in 2005.
This was followed by Back to Bizznizz in 2007, Go Hard in 2009 and Lennox Rd in 2017.
That same year he got into beef with Love Island stars Chris Hughes and Kem Cetinay.
He demanded they pay him after they used his phrase without his permission in their new rap single Little Bit Leave It.
The grime legend was furious with the reality duo after they weaved his catchphrase into their track without crediting him.
Bizzle released a video on Twitter expressing how annoyed he was over the rap.
He said: “You couldn’t leave me alone init. Kem and his other brother – I dunno what his name is – Ross, you took my phrase fam. Cool, I want everyone to use my phrase.
“Everyone knows I make up words but when you want to go and do a song and make money from them then I have a problem with that.
“So we need to have a conversation. Shabs – the guy who signed the record – I know him very well. I’m a very reasonable person so let’s just get this sorted out before it goes anywhere else because it doesn’t need to go anywhere else.
“I wasn’t even f***ing bothered about it to be honest, it was the people that made me realise: ‘Yo, Biz, are you getting a percentage out of that?’ And I sat down and I thought: ‘Hang on a minute, I should be getting a percentage out of this, shouldn’t I?’ “

The Go Hard hitmaker insisted he doesn’t “need the money” but it’s the “principle.”
He later revealed that the reality telly duo swiftly “came to their senses” and agreed to pay him a percentage of royalties from the single.
