Jubilation allover Nigeria as Tacha contests in MTVs Challenge
Nigerians have taken to social media to jubilate after Big Brother Naija’s Tacha was revealed as a contestant in MTV’s reality TV show, “The challenge.”
The Challenge, is a reality competition show on MTV that is spun off from two of the network’s reality shows, The Real World and Road Rules.
Tacha Akide was revealed as a rookie and her partner in the show is one Jeremiah.
Reacting to photos of the first episode which was aired last night, one Reality Joel wrote, “Tacha and Jeremiah are a Tag team!!! Love to see it!!! TACHA described herself as an Alpha female!!!! And we have no choice but to agree”

Another user wrote, “That got me menh! It has always being the confidence for me. I can’t wait to watch”

The federal government has approved the reintroduction of toll collections on selected dual carriageways across Nigeria.
This was confirmed after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) on Wednesday.
Diplomatic, military, para-military vehicles, tricycles, motorcycles have however been exempted from the scheme.
Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, disclosed this while briefing the State House correspondents at the end of the weekly FEC meeting.
The decision has been made almost two decades after the Olusegun Obasanjo’s administration dismantled all toll plazas on federal roads across the country in 2003.
Fashola said his ministry presented a memo which the council approved to reintroduce tollgates on dual carriageways of the 35,000km federal roads.

According to him, none of his friends could attend his virtual memorial event on a sit at home Saturday organised by family, rather they were living life as if nothing really happened by posting pictures and videos of him on social media.
Nigerian music executive Don Jazzy and others have reacted after Mavin Records’ rapper Ladipo Eso Ladipoe welcomed his first child with his girlfriend.
The rapper disclosed this in a post shared on his Instagram page on Wednesday 11th of August 2021.
Ladipo also shared a video of himself bonding with the newborn baby.
