SPOILER ALERT – Do not continue reading this post if you don’t want to know what happens at the end of The Kissing Booth 3.
The movie follows Elle during her summer before college, trying to decide if she’s going to attend Berkeley to be with her best friend Lee (Joel Courtney) or go to Harvard to be with her boyfriend Noah (Jacob Elordi).

To sum things up in one sentence… the summer doesn’t go well for Elle. Noah ends up breaking up with her because he thinks he’s holding her back from being at Berkeley and her friendship with Lee has a big hiccup after they have a huge argument.
Elle decides to pursue her own passions instead of following either guy to college. She applies to a video game design program at USC and gets in.
The ending of the movie flash forwards to four years later when Elle is a recent college graduate. She is now working for a small company that designs video games and Noah has offers at law firms in New York and Los Angeles.
Elle and Noah run into each other at their former high school’s carnival, where the kissing booth is still going strong. “When I’m in town again, we should go for a ride together. I’ll call you, OK?” Noah tells Elle. She replies, “Sure, yeah, if you’ve got time.” He responds, “I’ve got time.”
Elle then watches Noah walk away and he turns back to see her looking at him. The final shot of the movie shows them riding bikes down the road and reaching toward each other.
So, do they actually end up together as a couple? Joey is sharing her thoughts!

Joey was asked by ET if her character ends up with Noah. She responded, “I don’t know. I don’t want to put my view on it too heavily, because I want everyone to be able to paint their own picture, but I think that these characters, Elle and Noah, have gone through so much. They always have this flutter in their heart for each other.”
“Regardless of what the ending is, or may be, or what could be, I never think they will lose that,” she added. “If they don’t or if they do wind up together.”
Jacob also shared his thoughts on the flash forward. He said, “I think it’s nice to see that kind of well-rounded ending and see where they end up. It’s less ambiguous and you kind of gage an idea of where it’s going and what happens.”
Joey has some big things planned with Netflix!
