Red Hot Chili Peppers’ iconic bassist Flea has been spotted in Sydney after quietly jetting over from his home in California.
The Melbourne-born rocker, who usually resides in Malibu with his wife Melody Ehsani, 41, and his 16-year-old daughter Sunny Bebop Balzary, was pictured at a clothes store in Paddington on Saturday.
The store in question – Double Rainbouu – posted a picture of the 59-year-old and his designer wife over the weekend, showing the pair sporting matching cartoon-style trousers while Flea donned a shirt in the same print.

‘Flea + Melody came into store to say hey. Wearing new Drop 3 Just Like Heaven!!’ the store captioned the image.
It’s not known if Sunny, who is Flea’s daughter from a previous relationship, is with the duo on their trip.
It also hasn’t been revealed whether or not Flea – real name Michael Peter Balzary – or his wife have work in Australia, or if the family are planning a move Down Under.
Daily Mail Australia have contacted a representative for Flea for further comment.

On Tuesday morning, the rocker was also spotted strolling through Bronte Beach in Sydney with two male pals.
In images published by The Daily Telegraph, the musician sported his trademark green hair while showing off the large snake tattoo on his right arm in a tank top.
Flea was born in Melbourne in 1962, with his family moving to New York when he was just four years old.
Following his parent’s divorce in 1971, Flea’s father returned to Australia. The bassist later joined him, completing three years of school in the national capital Canberra.
