Josh Duggar trial LIVE Verdict reached in child pornography case with ex-star found GUILTY after
JOSH Duggar has been found guilty of child pornography charges and taken immediately into custody after a dramatic court case.
Duggar, 33, had been arrested and charged earlier this year with receiving and possession of child pornography.
The jury reached its verdict and found him guilty on Thursday morning after beginning deliberations on Wednesday afternoon.
The ex-TLC star now faces up to 20 years behind bars on each guilty count. He is expected to be sentenced in four months.
Josh’s lawyers said Thursday then plan to appeal the case.
Many members of the Duggar family sat in on the trial, offering support to their fallen family member.
Siblings Jana, Jason, Joy-Anna, her husband Austin Forsyth, Justin, Jessa and Jill’s husband Derick Dillard, along with father Jim Bob, were all present at some point.
Josh’s wife Anna was also repeatedly seen arriving at court with her husband during the trial.

Jim Bob Duggar and Anna Duggar, Josh Duggar’s wife, were seen leaving the courthouse on Thursday after the guilty verdict was read and Josh was taken into custody.

Justin Duggar was also present in the courtroom when the verdict was read and was emotional, according to the Sun reporter, who said Josh Duggar’s brother cried when the verdict was read.

“The marshalls will set that up.”
Sentencing time
The judge said on Thursday morning that sentencing for Josh Duggar may take about four months.
