Adam Levine has barely lived in Ben Affleck’s old mansion for two years, but the musician is already selling the estate – and he’s hoping for almost double the profit.

According to TMZ, the Maroon 5 frontman hast listed the Pacific Palisades property for $57.5 million. Levine and his wife, supermodel Behati Prinsloo, reportedly did a complete remodel of the 9,000 square foot home.

It was first reported in January 2019 that the couple bought the estate for $32 million from Affleck and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, whom he separated from in 2017.

The home had been on the market since 2017, and Levine eventually scored it for $13 million under the original listing price. Affleck and Garner has bought the house in 2009 and raised their three children there – daughters Violet and Seraphina, and son Sam – until their divorce.

As per Architectural Digest, the home has had a long list of famous owners. Actor Gregory Peck lived there in the 1940-50s, while producer Brian Grazer bought it in 1992. Grazier eventually sold it to Affleck and Garner for $17.6 million.

The home is stunning in size and design. It was built in the 1930s by architect Cliff May. The main residence has with 8 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms and comes with an outdoor basketball court, a swimming pool, and a screening room.

The estate also features a guesthouse with 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Plus, there’s a completely separate building that houses a gym and art studio.

It’s not necessarily surprising Levine chose to sell the property within only a couple years of purchasing it. The musician has quite the real estate profile to his name, proving he has a passion and knack for house flipping.

Just last year, he spent $22.7 million on a Montecito California mansion, only to sell it three months later for $28.5 million. The Spanish-style residence features over 12,653 square feet of living space, including 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

Prior to that, he bought a Beverly Hills estate for $24 million in 2018. Originally built in the 1930s, the home came with over 10,000 square feet of living space, including 5 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Its other features including several wet bars, a theatre room, indoor gym, and a guest house.

After putting $7 million into the property, he sold it to Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi (also known for their passion for house flipping) the following year for $45 million.
