The Conners: Roseanne's TV grandkids confirmed as series regulars for spin-off

Emma Kenney, Ames McNamara and Jayden Rey, the trio who played Roseanne and Dan Conner's grandchildren on the rebooted and now-canceled 'Roseanne' last season, are coming back.

Months after 'Roseanne' spinoff without Roseanne Barr, 'The Conners,' was announced, three more stars from the reboot were named to move on to the new series.

ABC confirmed to that actors, namely, Emma Kenney, Ames McNamara and Jayden Rey, who played the titular character’s grandchildren in the most recent season of the show, will reprise their roles. Also confirmed for the spin-off are John Goodman as Roseanne’s husband, Dan, Laurie Metcalf as her sister, Jackie, and Sara Gilbert, Lecy Goranson and Michael Fishman, as her kids, Becky, Darlene and DJ. It's been reported that Kenney, McNamara and Rey will play the faux family’s next generation, with Kenney and Mark as the daughter and gender-nonconforming child of Darlene, and Rey as DJ’s daughter, Mary.
