Gona Gannareddy (1262-1296AD), sometimes spelled Gonaganna Reddy, was a ruler of the Vaddemani Kingdom during Kakatiya dynasty in the Deccan Plateau and one of the few ruling queen Rani Rudrama Devi in Indian history. He is son of King Gona Budda Reddy who contributed Ranganatha Ramayanam as Dwipada kavyam in Telugu Language. He conquered Raichur and constructed a fort during the rule of Kakatiya dynasty. A 400-page Kakatiya Charithrathmaka Navala, history book was written by Adavi Baapiraju in 1946.
